Hi Abhishek,
Peter is correct. To be able to access our product downloads, you must log in with your credentials matching the company/organization with whom you work. Your organization must also have entitlements to the product. You can request direct access to this from the site administrator at your company/organization. These are the directions they would follow: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/271176/inviting-enterprise-users-to-a-site-id-o.html
Here is more information to help you: https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/142873/using-your-broadcom-site-ids-for-full-su.html
Best,
-Shannon

Subject: Automic Community Edition
Hello Team,
I created a Broadcom Support Portal account using my personal email for self-learning purposes.
Currently, I am unable to access Automic Automation downloads and I am also unable to create a support request.
I would like to install Automic Automation Community Edition on my personal laptop for learning and hands-on practice.
Could someone please help enable the required download permissions for my account or guide me on the next steps?
Thank you very much.
