  • 1.  Assistance Required with ITSM Tools Patches and Hotfixes

    I am currently working 17.3 SDM on applying a Rollup (RU) Patch in our ITSM tools but have encountered some challenges and Troubleshooting export issue in CA SDM. I have attempted to follow the available documentation and perform the necessary steps, but I am still unable to successfully apply the patch. Could you please provide me with the steps or any relevant documentation that could assist me in this process?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The latest 17.3 RU patch is RU23

    Documentation on applying the RU23 patch can be located at:

    What specific issue are you facing?  

    If possible, please provide the screenshot of any error(s) and the INSTALL.LOG file.

    In case you are not aware, SDM 17.3 will be end of support (EOS) on July 31st, 2024.  If you have not done so already, you should be making plans to upgrade to the latest SDM 17.4 release.
