  • 1.  Assistance Required for CA EEM Installation Issue on Standby Server

    Hi Team,

    I have successfully installed CA SDM 17.3 on the Background server and am attempting to configure another access type using CA EEM. To achieve this, I installed CA EEM on the Standby Server using the CA SDM DVD file. The installation completed successfully; however, I am encountering an issue where I cannot access CA EEM due to a web error. Please see the attached screenshot for more details.

    I have verified that the process is running, but the issue persists. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Do you have EEM configured for SSL?

    If not, try the EEM URL with HTTP instead of HTTPS.

    I tried using HTTP, but I encountered the same issue. The log folder didn't provide much useful information, so I decided to do a fresh installation of EEM. Now, everything is working fine.
