Starting April 15, your AI writing assistant is getting a practical upgrade. If your organization has Customer Data AI enabled, the AI will soon be able to reference the files you've already attached to your Rally artifacts.

More Context, Less Copying: You no longer need to manually paste text from your documents into the description field. If a specification or diagram is attached, the AI can read it directly.

Grounding in Reality: Because the AI can reference your actual PDFs, CSVs, and images, its suggestions will be more aligned with your specific project requirements.

Smart Prioritization: The assistant is designed to look at your current artifact's files first, followed by parent documents, ensuring the most immediate context takes priority.

This feature is designed to handle your project's primary documents with ease:

The Scale: You can provide up to 20 MB of total context across your attachments.

The Variety: It supports a wide range of formats, including PDFs, CSVs, and Images (PNG, JPEG).

Full Analysis: The AI reviews each file in full to ensure it captures all relevant details for your user stories and breakdowns.
This feature will be available once your Sub Admin enables it in the new AI settings tab starting April 15. Your attached documents are about to become a lot more useful.
