We are excited to announce that Customizable Portfolio Item (PI) Flow States will officially enter Open Beta on July 1, 2026.
This update brings greater flexibility and consistency to your portfolio management, allowing administrators to tailor workflows to match your team or Agile Release Train (ART)'s unique processes.

Administrative Flexibility: Workspace administrators can choose to delegate customization rights to Project Administrators or lock them at the workspace level for stricter governance.
