Hi Abby,
The message "Invalid related node" is an indication of a security error.
If this OM Spool region is using external security you may need to give permissions to your userid in the respective product TSS, ACF2 or RACF.
If using internal security you may need to adjust SAF statements in the ESFPARM.
Regards,
Mario

Subject: Add printer procedure in CASPOOL
Hi Abby, if the NODE has syntax issues in the ESFPARM member you will see error messages when the task starts so the fact that you're not seeing those makes me think something else is wrong. As a first step, I recommend starting the task with the LIST option included; i.e. OPTION=(WARM,LIST) in the task. Doing this will show the ESFPARM settings in the task output and you can confirm that the NODE statement is present. You might also double check that the NODE statement starts in column 1.
I also highly recommend opening a support ticket with Broadcom. They can assist with getting OM Spool working.

Subject: Add printer procedure in CASPOOL
Hi All,
I cloned CASPOOL from development system to testing system, and configured the CAIQPARM and TN3270 to add the IP printer. When I started CASPOOL, I could not find any warning or error messages. But I did not see any printer in CASPOOL panel (option P), it display message 'Invalid related node'.
Please advise how to add the printer in CASPOOL from none. Thanks.
