  • 1.  a problem with a brand new S24 ultra

    first, I apologize if it`s not the right place to discuss my problem 

    I purchased a new s24 ultra and while i was trying to activate it, I faced a Broadcom inc. form asking me for a user info 

    I don`t who to ask or what to do about this problem even Samsung themselves asking me to remove the KNOX lock and i have no idea what that is 

    I'll be grateful for any help or explanation

    @mohamed ghobary -  I would go back to the place of purchase.  I haven't seen this issue on new phones only on used employee phones that were not properly wiped.   Jason Platform Admin
