2E r8.7.4 has already been validated and certified to run successfully on IBM 7.6 on Power 10 hardware.
The 2E Compatibility Matrix is moved to a permanent location in the 2E Technical Documentation site itself. It can be accessed via the below path:

The certification details were available with our Support team and customers who reached out regarding this compatibility information were updated about the same.
We do understand that an announcement on the Community would be better as it will inform the broader customer base. We will ensure that future compatibility certifications will be announced first on the Community, so that you are kept up-to-date with this information.
