Are you planning an upgrade of your SiteMinder environment?  

SiteMinder versions 12.8, 12.8.01, and 12.8.02 will be going End Of Service (EOS) on June 30, 2022, and in order to ensure that we are helping customer to maintain SiteMinder version currency, we are scheduling a SiteMinder "Upgrade Weekend" for our customers on the weekend of May 14-15, 2022.

If you haven’t previously heard about this, on Saturday and Sunday, May 14 and 15, Broadcom support and engineering will be staffed and available from 6am-6pm EST (just as if it were a normal weekday), to support upgrading customers that have registered for the “Upgrade Weekend”.  During this weekend upgrade event, support will handle all incoming upgrade questions and problems from registered customers, regardless of severity, and will help the customer with their upgrade.

• Following the submission, your account team member will work with you to gather your Upgrade Plan,and submit a Pre-Event review request to the Broadcom support team.  

• As with all Pre-Event reviews, Broadcom support will work with you to ensure that the upgrade plan makes sense, and is likely to succeed.   

• If we find any problems, or factors that you may have not taken into consideration, we will highlight this to you in an effort to ensure that the upgrade will go smoothly.
