In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on these CA Process Automation Connectors:

- IBM Tivoli Enterprise Conso
- IBM Tivoli NetCool/OMNIbus
- IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager
- IBM Tivoli System Director
In accordance with the CA Support Policy and Terms available at https://support.ca.com, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for these CA Process Automation Connectors. This means that these CA Process Automation Connectors will no longer be enhanced and maintenance and technical support will be discontinued on September 30, 2018.
