No, I still didn't find the solution. 
I have open ticket for this but still don't have solution.

Hi,

did you find any way to figure it out? What I found is that this happens randomly and refreshing / logging out logging in into OC sometimes solve the problem.

Of course this is not a permanent solution neither a root cause analisys.
