Symptoms:
Error when trying to access the OpenAPI QueryBuilder uing https in Internet Explorer:
This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://dahostname:8581 again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

Cause:
The OpenAPI query builder does not currently use TLS/SSL (https), you must use http.
Example URL:
http://<DA_HOSTNAME>:8581/odataquery
If you have CA Performance Center (CAPC) configured to use TLS/SSL, it will use TLS/SSL when bouncing
to CAPC to authenticate then return to http when it bounces back to the Data Aggregator (DA)
