I have seen both of these documents out there, but thought I would bring them together and update the spreadsheet.
If there is any information not filled in that you have knowledge of, please chime in
1) I used "SNMPWALK" to examine the polling (turn SNMP Polling Server "ON")
>snmpwalk -c:xcdgkpub -r:192.168.160.108 -csv >output.csv
2) I used "IReasoning" to examine the traps (turn SNMP Trap Server "ON")
added other MIBs that may be helpful
