    Thanks Jason!  We are having some problems with our partners trying to book Symantec orders from e-store.  They had reached out to e.store@broadcom for help, but had not received any information as of Friday.  This was the situation:

    • All orders that SSPP has sent to Symantec since Monday 11/04 have received a successful response, but have either not had a SubID returned or have received an associated error email, stating

    "You have submitted a PO that contains products that are Enterprise which are no longer allowed to be ordered with NortonLifeLock."   

    Any ideas where to go to assist this partner?
