Hi,

You don't need a CD/DVD drive at the host, but your virtual machine should have a virtual CD/DVD device in order to mount the VMware Tools CD image.

I have VMware 25H2 but do not have the VM Virtual Printer install setup anyware, HELP?

Virtual printers (thinprint) were removed from Fusion a few releases ago - I think they were dropped in Fusion 13.5 and Workstation 17.5.

You will need to use other ways to connect a printer to the VM (network printing or USB pass-through).
