The VNM Model is missing on Spectrum.
How do you replace the VNM Model?

The best way to tell if it truly is "missing" is to run a locater search (create a new search for "ModelType Name Equal To VNM"). Right click the VNM model and go to Location. It may be somewhere else in OneClick. If Location entry is grayed out, then most likely the VNM model was "removed" from the Topology. To put it back, just right click the VNM model in the search results window and select Copy. Then go to the Topology view and paste it in.
    Hope that helps

Just to add to Jay's recommendation to use the Locator to find the VNM model and copy it back to the Universe topology.

The VNM model is flagged "No Destroy" in the database so it cannot be deleted.

If the VNM model can never be destroyed, is it possible that it could be located in the Lost and Found?

Yes, the VNM model can be located in the Lost and Found if it is removed or cut from the topology view.
