I used the email address (in yellow) in the below message from earlier (I took out some extra lines):

I did some additional digging. Sometime in the past you (Gary) gave an explanation of the message board reply email address. Where the email address of this email string is made up of

[e-mail]<mailto:[e-mail]>

mb – for message board

15636067 – this is the IUA feedback message board category (internal number of the message board category to liferay)

99112166 - this particular thread within the message board.

So what the communities team has discovered after you dissected this and we discussed more today as we worked this through is that if you send an email to [e-mail]<mailto:[e-mail]> , leaving off the thread number, then the system will open a new thread in the IUA feedback community for you.

Well, it definitely was posted to a message board in the IDMS community.
Specifically, it was posted to the "IUA/EIUA Community Use and Feedback" board.

Apparently the id, 15636067, is for this board as suggested.
