  • 1.  Introscope Workstation on Win 7 X64

    has anyone been able to Run either java web start or installed application for Introscope workstation (9.1 or above) on Windows 7 X 64?

    i have been trying for last 2 days with JNLP and installer but no luck (This is on MAC with Windows 7 X64 bit on VMWare Fusion 5.0.1 with JRE 1.6.0.5).

    Right-click the Workstation shortcut and Run as Administrator.

    If you want to avoid this altogether, you can give yourself write access to the C:\Program Files(x86)\CA APM\ directory. I guess there's some file in there that needs to be written to when the workstation opens.
