How to get the presets for properties in a service request ?

    Hi Community,

     

    I'm trying to figure out how to preset Properties on a Service Request Ticket.

     

    For example, I have a category where I have to set the server name (the property is named "Server Name"), and I would like to set a value by default when I will send the URL to my colleagues.
