    Is there a capabilities of setting up/defining specific fields in CA APM email alerts?

    Can I add more fields to existing options when setting up an email alerts?

    This version may not work with newer versions of APM and also does not support secure protocols such as SSL/TLS.

    If you want those capabilities, please open a ticket and ask for my updated Enhanced SMTP Alert Notification extension.
