Hi all,
we are implementing CA Service Desk - CA Client Automation environment. After Adding CI from Discovered Assets to CMDB, not all attributes are populated.
From Asset Viewer - CA Discovery i can see that there are other attributes/inventory that is collected by agent (like IP Adress, CPU, RAM, etc..) but they are not populated in CMDB after adding from Discovered Assets..
Is it possible to accomplish it without CA Asset Manager?
