    Hi all,

     

    we are implementing CA Service Desk - CA Client Automation environment. After Adding CI from Discovered Assets to CMDB, not all attributes are populated.


    From Asset Viewer - CA Discovery i can see that there are other attributes/inventory that is collected by agent (like IP Adress, CPU, RAM, etc..) but they are not populated in CMDB after adding from Discovered Assets..

     

    Is it possible to accomplish it without CA Asset Manager?

    Domagoj, I recommend open a Support case for this. When CMDB database is shared and used by multiple products, there is a chance that one product forgets to update the right extension table and it seems it is the case here. Thanks _Chi
