Hi! We've just updated Service Desk to 17.1 willing for the SAML feature but unfortunately we noticed that SAML was only available for the website and not for the app.
My questions are 2:
- Is there a roadmap for adding SAML for the mobile app?
- What are the recommendations to start using SAML for the Service Desk website in an advanced availability architecture?

Hi Paul, thanks for your answer but that idea was already delivered but in my opinion it was half way. All my users don't want to access through the website from their mobiles, they want an app. For security issues i need saml to publish it so I need SAML to be enabled for the rest service of the app.
As our Product Management team indicated in the mentioned IDEA, we do have SSO/SAML on the roadmap for the Mobile App. This would be for after 17.2, which is currently scheduled for sometime in 2019.
