Failure to import Unix CAU package

  • 1.  Failure to import Unix CAU package

    Hello,

     

    I'm attempted to import the CAU unix package and am receiving this error...

     

    Error during XRequest com.uc4.communication.requests.ImportObject

    The entire log shows this:

    Install Pack
    Error while installing Pack PCK.AUTOMIC_CAU_AGENT_UNIX version 12.0.2
    07-24-2017 09:22:22  Resolution order:
    07-24-2017 09:22:22       PCK.AUTOMIC_CAU_AGENT_UNIX 12.0.2 will be installed
    07-24-2017 09:22:22  Installation of Pack PCK.AUTOMIC_CAU_AGENT_UNIX in version 12.0.2 started
    07-24-2017 09:22:22  Importing Pack content...
    07-24-2017 09:22:23  Importing Pack appdata...
    Error during XRequest com.uc4.communication.requests.ImportObject

    Any ideas here?  I've re-downloaded the package so do not believe that this issue.

    This has been resolved by upgrading the AWI to 12.0.2.
