    Hi,

I would suggest going ahead and creating a Support ticket. The reason I am suggesting this is that under a normal error reporting scenario, we should not be getting a Null Pointer Exception, we should be returning a proper error message. By opening the Support ticket, not only can we help you resolve the issue, but we can get the error handling updated so that in the future the Null Pointer Error is not returned.

Based on what you have provided, I don't see enough information to know what specifically is the root cause. We might need to get the error handling corrected first or get an instrumented build deployed in order to see what is happening in the flow.

    Thanks!

    Hello Rucha,

There could be a number of different reasons for a Null Pointer Exception.

First of all, you will need to upgrade to latest patch of agent option pack, considering the policy server is already on SP2 CR1 and agent option pack has no patch applied.

Once that is done, then test use case again and check what else could be wrong.

    Thank you,
