Request status in CA service catalog

    Hi All

    i am using CA service catalog and CA service desk manager with CA process automation.

    i created a form that fires multiple change order using ERA in SC. 

     

    if i fired 4 CO successfully one of these CO i used PAM HWSW_FilledFromInv_sync and the others i used classic SDM workflow.

     

    i closed the COs related classic workflow after finishing the tasks and i closed the CO related to PAM.

    i got back in Service Catalog as status pending fulfillment how i can set it to Completed while the  others options CO opened in Service Catalog

    anyone can help?

    Would this help? How to synchronize Ticket status Closed in SDM wit - CA Knowledge 

     

    There is an idea Open to sync all statuses too: Sync all Service Desk's States to Service Catalog

    Hi Raghu,

     

    i will try the script written as idea since, the sync is installed in option manager.

     

    And then update you if it works or not.

    looks like the script is important to apply.
