I am using DevTest 10.3 and I am unable to connect to queues on a specific queue manager.
Getting the below errorError opening queue XXXXXXXX_REQUEST.Q with options 8208, Completion Code 2 (MQCC_FAILED), Reason Code 2035 (MQRC_NOT_AUTHORIZED)
| Trapped Exception: MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2035| Trapped Message: com.ibm.mq.MQException: MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2035
Does any of you face similar issue?
The user/credentials that you use to connect to the queue manager is missing the authorization to use that specific queue. Every time I have seen this message at a customer site then this error was something that the team needed to resolve with their MQ administrators. This has (most likely) nothing to do with a DevTest issue
Could you please check if this document helps you solve the problem. As Danny has mentioned, often this issue turns out to be a configuration (or the lack of it).
