Hello Steven,

No. CA XCOM for Windows r11 is no longer support nor been certified to execute under Windows Server 2016. You will require and upgrade to r11.6 SP02

Hi Kenneth, Thanks very much for the reply but now I'm having great difficulty in getting someone to contact me in order to purchase the new version. I have made at least 4 attempts personally and my colleague has made an addition 2 attempts to no avail. It appears the new Broadcom company is not interested in sell this application.

Hi Steve and thanks for working with us.  If you have a current maintenance agreement and Windows is included within the license, then you should be entitled, via Support Online, to download the latest Release/Version.  If, however, you need to adjust the license or purchase something new, please feel free to contact me directly, my contact info is below, and I'll try to help identify the appropriate Account team for you.

Sorry I missed this. We just cut over to a new Communities application and I forgot to setup my notifications. Note: if you are and existing client for CA XCOM Data Transport - Windows then no new licencing is required.  I am assuming you cannot log in to casupport.broadcom.com and assess the Download Management for CA XCOM Data Transport - Windows 11.6 SP02. If this is so please contact our support engineers @ 1-800-225-5224 to open an issue/ticket with the following information: site-id/Company Name and contact name/number  so that we can route your request for a call to your companies CSR (Customer Support Rep)  as well as and access to our Download Management center.

Hi Steve and thanks for working with us.  If you are current with the maintenance and Windows is included on your license, then you should be able to go to Support Online and just download the latest versions.  Your maintenance entitles you to the latest versions/releases along with any PTF.
If, however, you need to license something new, then please feel free to contact me directly and I'll try and help identify someone on the Account team that can help.

Hello Steve,
sorry I missed this. We cut over to a new  Communities system and I forgot to setup my notifications. If you are already an existing CA XCOM client, all you need to do is sign on to casupport.broadcom.com and from the Download Management link, specify CA XCOM Data Transport - Windows and then look for CA XCOM Data Transport for Windows Family Server WINDOWS NT 11.6 SP02. I will also reach out to our CSR and request a call. If in the future you are experiencing any issues that are either product or administrative related or questions to contact our support engineers @ 1-800-225-5224. This will generate a client ticket/issue that can be tracked and monitored.
