We are facing survey related issue in our application casdm.
When clocked on survey link :
In IE it throws issue :
"AHD05237:An internal error with surveys occurred."In Chrome: pdmweb.exe gets downloaded.Users are not able to fill the survey.In log file it shows:AHD04043:The user name or password you entered is not correct. Please try again. ERROR freeaccess.spl 12860 Error logging in for survey for 590E9A3BF4AEFB4DBF86217F9C6049D9Please suggest here, as facing same since long.Thanks in Advance!Regards,Sushma
What patch level of CA SDM do you have installed?
its CASDM 14.1 Cumulative patch level 3
Did surveys ever work correctly before?
Any plans on upgrading the latest supported version of CA SDM (17.2)?
yes, previously it was working. Now what I have noticed that there are some java files missing under TEMP folder. Any suggestion on this?
Which TEMP folder are you referring to?
