  • 1.  Add IBM Java support to the Default APM Agent package

    Hello,

    nice to see, someone decide to add IBM Java support to the Weblogic APM Agent package.
    INTROSCOPE AGENT FILES FOR ORACLE WEBLOGIC-NO INSTALLER R10.7.0.0 SP2

     

    But what's happend with the Default APM Agent package.
    INTROSCOPE DEFAULT AGENT FILES-NO INSTALLER R10.7.0.0 SP2

     

    Today IBM suggest the Default APM Agent package with IBM Liberty Profile and we do so.
    But the Default APM Agent packages doesn't support the IBM Java. It is still necessary, to copy the AgentNoRedefNoRetrans.jar and some other files to the installed agent.

     

    BTW,
    the Default APM Agent package for os400 does not contain the IBM Java support also. Unfortunately the CA Support recommend the AgentNoRedefNoRetrans.jar with IBM Java!
