What could be the reason behind different values of actuals showing in cost Plan-Plan of Record and in Schedule and Performance subpage of the project. I ran Update cost totals job, still Schedule and Performance showing more actuals than what are there in cost plan.
Did you check if the cost plan start and end dates are covering the period for which project actuals are posted?

Not really sure, what financial attributes are present on schedule and performance page. Usually financials can be seen in financial summary screen. May be screenshots can help. Hope those are not custom attributes!
Have you been able to identify the periods where the discrepancies exist? Have all the financial jobs run per schedule? I would try to compare both the hours and cost (between the Cost Plan and Schedule) to see where the discrepancies exist. Do note that differences may creep in between the two areas for various reasons. This thread has more on that - Actual Costs Versus ACWP
