Did you use the add users job to import the Active Directory users to Clarity? I would also make sure that the resources on the Clarity side have the "Use External Authentication" checkbox checked.

    Hi Jon,

yes I use the job to import the user and this works fine. The check box for "Use External Authentication" is markt.

When I will log in the error messages will be find in app-niku.log

If the check box is not markt, I could log on via the standard password from clarity.

This will take some digging into. Can you create a support request and we should be able to look into this case further?

    Hello,

the issue has been resolved now.
The reason was that a search user AND a group name has been entered in the configuration of NSA.
We found out that only one of both settings has to be set.

    Thank you for your help.
