Unknown SQL

One of our users has queried the fact that they see an Unknown SQL node in the Investigator and want to know if this is an issue. This is for a WebSphere 7 JVM with agent version 10.5.2.24. I took a look through the agent logs and do not see anything that would suggest an error with the JDBC driver. Are there any suggestions as to why we see this and what we can do to fix it? Above the Unknown SQL node there are nodes that show real SQL queries.

Thanks for the APM details.

This is caused by the nameformatter not recognizing the JDBC driver.

We do a pretty flexible framework to allow for creation of a formatter to resolve the issue.

Please provide details as to the driver and what the datasource is.
