  • 1.  Question on Execution Time Limit for Event

    Posted Mar 13, 2019 04:22 PM

I am trying to prevent the execution of the Event to between the Hours of 00:01 am and 3:59 am.  I created a Queue with a Calendar Exception of Monday - Sunday with a From Time of 00:01 and 3:59 am and changed the Event to run from this Queue.  However, it had no effect.  Has anyone ever done this type of thing?  Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?

I believe that this just changes the max slots but does not stop the queue. So it will just prevent new events that are activated from running but wont stop existing ones that are already active. Have you looked into putting the calendar on the event object itself? This works the opposite as you put in the time range that you want it to run in as opposed to an exception range.

    Hi Michael,

Thank you so very much.  I believe that is exactly what I was looking for.

I will know if it worked tomorrow morning when I get in.

Much appreciated.  Have a great day.

    Sincerely,
