    Hi,

    I am trying to download the Refresh PAck, but get a download error. Is the download working fine?

    BTW, I tried to add a comment to the original post but couldn't find a "Comments" section where to add it.

    Jorge,

     

      I was able to click 'Add to Cart' for all of the options needed and was able to download that way.  If this does not work for you, please open a case with Customer Care to have the problem reviewed.

    Hi Andy,

    I was unable to download also...screenshot while downloading a set of files selected

    Not able at any location. Tested with Chrome and Firefox.

      In the SOLUTION DOWNLOAD for the 7.2.1 Refresh Pack 24.004, there is a problem downloading by clicking the Cloud under the Download column.  Sustaining Engineering is aware of the problem and is working with the Web group to get it fixed.

     

      There is a workaround to the problem by doing the following steps.

     

     

    -Go to the webpage for the 7.2.1 Refresh Pack 24.004 at the following link.

    https://support.ca.com/us/download-center/solution-detail.html?docid=660628&os=ANY&aparno=SO07937&actionID=5

     

    -Click all items that you require/need under "Add to Cart" column.

     

    -On the toolbar above, click Cart.

     

    -Click "Checkout" at the bottom of the page.

     

    -You will get an email with a link. Click the link and choose HTTP (the one I used).  There will be a zip downloaded that contains all of the items you selected.
