I am unable to download CA ACF2 guides from DocOps. DocOps [https://docops.ca.com] says login to download. When I select Sign In option in DocOps website, it takes me to CA support website [https://profile.ca.com], but doesn't accept my current user id and password. My login to Broadcom website [https://casupport.broadcom.com/user/] is successful, but for some reason DocOps does not accept my login password.

I am no longer able to download CA documents / guides. Login to casupport.broadcom.com is successful. Menu -> Documentation takes me to CA Technologies Documentation [docops.ca.com]. When I try download, DocOps website asks me to Sign In. When I try Sign In option it takes me to profile.ca.com website. But profile.ca.com no longer accepts my login password, it says invalid / incorrect password, I am using correct password, as my sign in to Broadcom is successful.
