    Hi, 

     

    I would like to do some more customization on the USER ACTIVITY Report (Portal | Reporting--> Administration--> User Activity.

     

    Which backend tables should I access to query some more details.

     

    (example: I need logout time of the user)

    John,

     

    The ExportedHistoricalRegistryDetails.xlsx Report will show user login and logout time per Registry.  You can do this from the Registry Details on the Enterprise Dashboard and specify the time period.

     

    We deliver DDL for each database with DevTest in the DEVTEST_HOME\database folder.

     

    The ACL tables have all the user information, but we do not provide any SQL to go against them for customized reporting.

    Hi Marcy,

    Thank you for the details..

     

    I tried exporting as you mentioned, however I’m not finding details of all day login/logout tracking info.

    I selected from 9th Apr to 10th may, I seeing only details of one day (30th Apr) in the exported excel against the Registry@machinename I selected.

     

    Attached here the same export file and details of snapshots of steps followed.

     

    Please have a look and let me know I have missed something.

     

     

    Step 1: ED-->Click particular registry detail hyperlink

     

     

     

    Step 2: ED--> Select the date/time range and click refresh

     

     

    Step 3: ED--> Click Export Registries To Excel

     

     

    Step 4: Review the excel for details.

    Oh I replied to the email I received... Snapshots missing in my previous post..
