    Hello Sneha,

There is no specific documentation which can be provided to onboarding the applications. We provide connectors of various types as application types ,which you can make use of and define the application and the privileged accounts.

Can you let us know which application you are looking to on board currently?

    Thanks,

    Reatesh.

    Hello Sneha,

You may be looking for the information on integrating an application into CA PAM.   This allows an application to retrieve credentials securely from PAM.   If that is the case, here is the link to the documentation:

Integrate Applications with the Credential Manager A2A Client - CA Privileged Access Manager - 3.2.2 - CA Technologies D…

If you want to access remote applications using CA PAM, that is done as Reatesh says, using various connectors.  This link will explain more.

Identify Target Applications and Connectors - CA Privileged Access Manager - 3.2.2 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Regards,

    Margaret

I am not sure what you mean by 'service account'.   If you want to retrieve the credentials of an account securely, using the A2A client integrated with your application, then that account has to be added to PAM as a target account of type A2A with an alias.
