No application data from php agent

I installed the agent to monitor a Java application, however I only see infrastruture metrics and not the application metrics.

Hi Santiago,

 

I suggest you to review the agent log, see if you have any connectivity issue, make sure you put activity on your application.

If logs indicate that the agent is connected to the EM then the check sustainability metrics on the EM side, make sure the max # of agent or metric clamps have not been reached, that could explain why you don't see the agent in the metric browser.  You can use the Status console:

Which version of PHP and Agent?

10.7 supports PHP 5.3.x, 5.4.x, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0 & 7.1
