    Hello,

     

    Maybe someone can help me here?

    We have had massive OSIM status issues since last year.

    The OSIM Stats does not change from "activated" to "pending" for two hours, then to "installing"

     

    After a long time back and forth, the problem could not be solved.

     

    Our version:
    CA IT Client Manager 14.0.2000.255 incl. SP2
