As we are in planing of upgrade from ca servicedesk 14.1 to 17.1
So wanted to know that we have developed the adapter for integration using rest API, So is there any change in the REST API methods which will impact the existing adapter.Methods like GET,POST etc.
Will we require to make any changes in adapter after upgrade to 17.1
I don't think there is much changes so you should be fine. take a look at
