    The problem is shown below,The Backends have a lot of "apache-tomcat-8.5.12\webapps\root\log\20181207" date.

    APM version?

    Agent version?

    JDBC driver info?

     

    It appears that your app is using a JDBC driver that is not supported by the installed agent. You will likely need a proper nameformatter to deal with the out string from this.
