    Hi All,

     

    We want setup auto calling for critical jobs to owner of job. Idea is to trigger call once any critical job fails in UC4 V12 auto call will be generated to user .

    For this Call / Auto Calling - are you are referring to triggering a phone call or triggering the CALL object or something else?

     

    If you are referring to a phone call then these topic might be of some ideas of might you could do/what other have done..

    If it referring to triggering the CALL object, then the easiest way is on the job there an option where if the job does not return certain status... you can specify it else condition to activate something else (in this case, you can just tell it to activate your CALL object).
