    Hi

When I try to map Threat Analytics to PAM 3.2 using CA PAM Adapter Configuration, I get an error, when I review the log it indicates Processing by ServicesController # test_configuration as JSON (pid: 5423) 2018-07-30 17: 47: 35.100 INFO Parameters: {"connection" => {"domain" => "lbogvmapp.nh.inet", "username" => "CATapApiUser-3", "password" => " [FILTERED] "}," id "=>" 1 "} (pid: 5423) 2018-07-30 17: 47: 35.427 ERROR There was an error validating the CA PAM Adapter connection parameters - Received non-200 response code: 401 Response: {"error": {"code": 401, "message": "Unauthorized: PAM-CMN-1681: User CATapApiUser is disabled. Some idea for this error?

    Julian,

May I ask the questions, have you enabled the CATapApiUser account (this is on the CA PAM side?)

This is accessible from the "Users > Manage Users" and then double-click on the CATapApiUser

    I hope this helps.
