I'm trying to create a stored query to return the request that contains a user log after this request is resolved.

I don't think you can have such a stored query...current stored query feature does not have this feature out of box.
You can consider log comment/field update notifications so if there is an update for the resolved case, assignee is notified. Or some customization that when a log comment happens, and the status is resolved, a custom field is set to 1
and then you can create a stored query using the custom field, like, "status= 'RE' and z_myfield=1".
