Unable to save SOAP Webservice job

    Hello Team,

    We are on V12.1 and We are facing issue while saving the SOAP Webservice job and also unable to select connection object. On top we are seeing the following message. A running Agent must be selected to enable the "Connection" and "Operation" drop down field. Please go to "Attributes > Execution Settings" and select an Agent that is running. Even though we have selected the SOAP agent in the attributes section, it is still showing the same message and unable to save it. Please let me know the reason behind it.

    Hi Srujan, 

     

    We have seen this issue fixed by upgrading your Web Service SOAP Agent solution to 4.4. Could you please upgrade the solution version and let us know the result?

    Are you still experiencing the issues?  Were you able to upgrade the Agent to 4.4 as suggested by Leah?
