we are doing load test for PAM application using load runner. we are facing while recording using the LoadRunner Vugen tool over Internet Explorer browser. The session is being terminated by CA PAM administrator. We request you to please help us on this as it is restricting us to access the Access Page after logging which is the part of Testing business requirement.

If I understand you correctly there is an issue you are facing while CA PAM under high load.
There is not much information provided here what exactly are you doing and how the load tests are performed, neither what issue you are facing.
I suggest to please open a new Support case providing the relevant information and we shall investigate accordingly.
