  • 1.  Upgrade CA API gateway 9.1 to 9.2

    Hi All,

     

    We need to upgrade CAP API gateway in our production environment from version 9.1 to 9.2

    We have already upgraded the test environment however the landscape for both test and production envts is different. Test is single node and Production is in HA with 2 nodes.

     

    Can you please advise the approach to upgrade production envt from version 9.1 to 9.2?

    over view would be to block replication ports on both nodes

    Upgrade gateway nodes one by one

    unblock the replication ports

    rebuild the replication

    Rather than block/unblock replication port,  stop slave;/start slave; on both DB nodes should be better

    What will be the impact, if we plan to patch node1 and node2 on separate days (probably with a gap of 1 week)?
