We are integrating CA UIM with CA SDM 12.9 for generating an incident based on alerts from CA UIM.. We have deployed sdgtw probe and integration parameters are enabled / connection validation are done successfully, but incidents are not getting created in CA Service Desk.

Per the sdgtw probe Release Notes (Supported Applications section) - this probe is only certified for use with CA SDM
versions 14.1 and 17.0. To integrate with CA SDM 12.9 you need to either upgrade CA SDM to a supported version or use the casdgtw probe instead since this probe is certified for use with CA SDM versions 12.1, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7, and 12.9 (see the casdgtw probe Release Notes (Probe Specific Software Requirements section).
