    Users are reporting extremely slow response times when using the API.  Can CA recycle the servers to improve performance?

    Hi Kevin,

     

    Since we are a SaaS solution we can't recycle our service on-demand, it will impact all our customers (some or most of whom may not suffer the same performance problems).

     

    You will need to open a support case on this and have support help you analyze the issue going forward.
