    We have a requirement that incidents created in last 1 hour should be seen in dashboard. From which filter we can achieve it:?

    rightnow we create manual report like below.

     

     

     

    im trying to get  same report on xtraction also but seems it is not achievable as exactly wt i do manually.

     

    Following report i can get  but its like 1-6 hours or 2-5 days n so on....

     

    how can i meet my requirement on xtraction ? can you pls help

    Hi,

     

    Take a look at your data model editor and find one of the time age fields. Copy the expression of that field to a text editor. You can see how it’s built with a bunch of case statements. Now just modify the expression so that it pulls the time ranges you want and add / remove case statements. Once your done add a new field and input the expression.
